    Hello Lee

    We checked on this, installed Campsite 3.2.2 from scratch in different
    machines disabling APC before hand and were not able to reproduce the
    error. "Next" button is enabled despite APC is not enable. So it
    could be something special regarding your apache+php configuration.
    Could you give us some more information about it please? Same what
    browser you are using.

    This installer does not need anything special though, however we want
    to try to reproduce the error to see what really happens and fix it.
